Terms & Conditions - Effective Date: 1 August 2026
Welcome to Sukh Aranya By The Lake. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Reservations and Payments
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are either inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified during the booking process.
- Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- All bookings at Sukh Aranya By The Lake are non-refundable.
- The full booking amount will be charged at the time of reservation and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, modification, early departure, or a no-show.
- If you need to cancel or modify your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the Sukh Aranya Help Desk. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any exceptions, including date changes or future stay credits, will be granted solely at the discretion of management.
3. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Identification Requirements
- All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
- In accordance with applicable laws, the property reserves the right to refuse accommodation if valid identification is not provided.
5. Occupancy
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay on the premises.
- Maximum occupancy limits for each accommodation type must be strictly observed.
- Additional charges may apply for extra guests, where permitted.
6. Guest Conduct
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests:
- Guests must respect fellow guests, staff members, and property rules.
- Illegal activities, excessive noise, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furnishings, or equipment during their stay.
- The property reserves the right to charge guests for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs resulting from damage, negligence, or misuse.
7. Children
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially in outdoor and lakeside areas.
- Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the safety and behaviour of children during their stay.
8. Lakeside Safety
- Sukh Aranya By The Lake is located near a natural water body. Guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with lakeside environments.
- Swimming in the lake is strictly prohibited.
- Children must not be left unattended near the lake.
- Guests participate in outdoor and recreational activities at their own risk.
9. Pets
- Pets are welcome at an additional charge.
- All pets must be supervised by their owners at all times.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring that their pets do not cause damage, excessive noise, or disturbance to other guests.
10. Smoking and Alcohol
- Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
- The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
- Guests must comply with all applicable laws regarding the consumption of alcohol.
11. Force Majeure
Sukh Aranya By The Lake shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government restrictions, power outages, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected during the reservation process will be used solely for managing bookings, providing guest services, and complying with legal obligations. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
